We provide onsite support to help with anything you need.

You will be assigned a Casa Manager who will be with you for the duration of your event. Your Casa Manager will arrive before your program day starts to make sure everything is properly set up and in place andwill be there for you during the event. Casa Managers can assist with tech or WiFi set-up, adjusting the A/C, closing the blinds, giving local food recommendations and just about anything you need.

We offer SuperConcierge service for meeting planning.

Once the foundational element of space has been decided, our SuperConcierge planning team works with you to put everything else in place. We will present you with options for catering, receiving shipments, additional furniture, white boards, office material, baristas, mindful meditation sessions, cocktail makers for happy hours, etc.

Do you offer event planning services?

Yes! One of the biggest advantages of going with us is you are spared the hassles of searching for vendors. We can coordinate everything you need for your conference or meeting including food and beverage, additional tech equipment, speakers, meeting supplies, and more.

Can I bring my own catering company?

If you already have a caterer you like and know, of course you are welcome to use that company. If you do not, we do have an extensive network of caterers. Once you have confirmed your space rental with us, our event team will listen to your must-haves and wishes about food and service (buffet versus table service, for example) and we will release your request to our network and source the best quotes for you.

What is your starting hourly rate for meeting space rentals?

Our base hourly rate for event space rentals begins at $125/hr with a 6-hour minimum.
