Meet your dedicated
After submitting the Request a Booking form, your dedicated Booking Manager will reach out to confirm pricing and space availability and also coordinate payment and any additional services or support you need based on your event goals. This is where you share your vision – the more detail, the better.
Arrive on Booking Day to your custom event space.
Prior to the event, we will send you all the final booking details. On the day of the booking, your Casa Manager will be there to welcome and familiarize you with the space. They are onsite throughout the booking to assist with anything you need and make your day easier. Your only focus is on your event.

Do I need insurance to book your spaces?
Yes. To book a venue with Cocoon, you need insurance. We can help you with this. We partner with a few insurance providers and our booking team can work with you to get an insurance quote that meets your budget and needs.
What is the minimum number of hours to book?
The minimum number of hours to book a Cocoon event space is 4 hours.
What is your minimum starting hourly rate to book a venue?
Our base hourly rate for event space rentals begins at $150/hr with a 4-hour minimum.
Will I need to speak with the property owner to book?
No. All our spaces are already pre-cleared by their owners, so the Cocoon team is your only point of a communication. We can provide pricing, dimensions, amenities, pictures, videos, and more for each space. We can also set up a live tour. Never speak with a property owner.
