Originally from Barcelona, Eduard makes a mean Tortilla, has a magic way with plants, and is passionate about humanizing cities to make them more equitable.

Operations

Hanna is a foodie with a passport, who draws from these two passions to curate the best possible service for our Property and Rental Clients. She is dedicated to using her expertise working in premium hotels and boutique travel experiences to develop Cocoon’s customer experience behind the scenes.

If you need a restaurant rec, she’s your go-to.

Alia Diamond

Marketing

As a Pakistani-Scottish American with roots in Greece and Italy, Alia’s multicultural background has shaped her love for communications and building connections with people. She is dedicated to using her background in marketing and political activism to push Cocoon’s social mission.

Rosely Peña

Head of Cleaning Team

Rosely has been an integral part of Cocoon Operations since day 1, ensuring the cleanliness of all the Cocoon spaces. Now more than ever, a clean space matters and Rosely is constantly updating processes and protocols to keep spaces top notch and camera ready. Orginally from the Dominican Republic, Rosely is a talented dessert chef — ask her about her Tres Leches.

German Aybar Peña

Repairs & Property Management

German is the magician that gets the unexpected fixed behind the scenes. Things happen — but German makes sure that both our rental and property clients are never impacted. He makes sure that the spaces are in the best condition and finds solutions for anything and everything.

Simeon Dillon

Casa Manager

Simeon has experience working for various events in NYC and has worked as a Casa Manager for events at Cocoon from day 1. Simeon brings style and service to every event he manages. He enjoys the flexibility Cocoon gives him to pursue his music career. Born into a big family on the island of Jamaica, Simeon grew up listening to authentic reggae music before producing his own reggae tracks and music videos.

Bryan Labas

Casa Manager

Bryan is a jack of all trades—which makes him a stellar Casa Manager for any type of production or meeting. A Long Island Native, Bryan is a seasoned PA in the NY production industry. With a degree in digital media production, Bryan has worked on commercial sets and for various NYC film studios. When he’s not on set you’ll find him outside on his bike discovering new places.

Randa Eid

Casa Manager

Randa is true powerhouse and has been a film and television producer in the news and commercial worlds for over 18 years. She pivoted to location managing and wardrobe styling in 2019 and loves every minute of it. In her free time she loves baking, exploring the city and going to see live music.

Danica Newell

Casa Manager

Orignially from the mid and southwestern USA, you’ll find Danica eating pizza (her favorite food) in Brooklyn where she’s been living for going on 17 years now. She has extensive experience working in production, both in the fine arts and in the commercial world with big names in the industry including Marina Abramovic’s studio. In addition to freelancing as a Casa Manager, she’s in the process of completing an MA in Art History.

Rodell Williams

Casa Manager

Born in Grenada, Rodell grew up in Canada before moving to the US at 19. Rodell has extensive experience managing events in NYC and his love for people and connection makes him an ideal Casa Manager for events at Cocoon. Rodell’s love for nature is magnetic and you’ll usually find him out on his bike, hiking, or enjoying one of NYC’s beautiful parks.

Charlie Ward

Casa Manager

Charlie is a skilled Casa Manager for productions and meetings and brings a calm and friendly demeanor to every reservation he Casa Manages. When he’s not Casa Manager-ing for Cocoon, you’ll find him studying at the T. Schreiber studio pursuing his acting career or at an audition.

Nafisa Skeie

Casa Manager

Nafisa is a multi-faceted Cocoon Casa Manager. When’s she’s not Casa Manager-ing at Cocoon, you’ll find her snapping photos of children for her Family Photography business. Nafisa is a pro at providing support to help creative teams achieve their goals.

Born and Raised in Singapore she loves spending time with her family and exploring places new and old.

Elise Wyatt

Casa Manager

Elise Wyatt – a born and raised Texan with an “Official New Yorker” status. Elise is a Casa Manager with Cocoon who has a passion for events. After a decade-long career in brand planning & advertising, and years spent planning non-profit gatherings, group travel and her own wedding, Elise started Good to Gather an expert gathering service. Her passion is to curate the most amazing gatherings for everyone to enjoy.

Yacine Ndaw

Casa Manager

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York—Yacine is a multidisciplinary artist and freelancer with an eye for design and deep love of Nature. A Casa Manager at Cocoon, Yacine draws inspiration from the spaces they move through and explores the intersects of their own Turkish-Senegalese-American identity through writing, performance, design, and education.

Natalie Gutierrez

Natalie runs her own boutique agency and knows the ins and outs of off-site meetings. When Natalie isn’t marketing, she brings her expertise to managing meeting reservations at Cocoon. As an expert Marketer Natalie is committed to elevating experience and she translates that in the service she provides to Cocoon Clients.
