We know what productions take, so our concierge team is available to provide insight on the best spaces for each shoot type, depending on your EQ and props list, shot list, the brand the shoot is for, etc. We can also coordinate staging and decor, rent props and equipment, and order lunch and snack service.

What types of photo shoots can I book?
Cocoon is inclusive and design-focused. We welcome photo shoots of all types including model and promotional, fashion and editorial, portrait shoots, and beauty and make-up. We also book boudoir and couple photo shoots and engagement and wedding shoots. Please speak with your dedicated Booking Manager on your photo shoot vision.
How will SuperConcierge improve my photo shoot space rental experience?
We save you time and maximize efficiency so you have more time to create content. We coordinate with many photography support services and vendors to organize decor and furniture rental, coordinate lunch and coffee break service, and rent props and equipment like industrial steamers, rolling racks, hangers etc. We can also move furniture and artwork so you can work through your shot list as quickly as possible.
What is your starting hourly rate for photo shoot studios?
Our base hourly rate for photo shoot studios begins at $150/hr with a 4-hour minimum.
Are your photo shoot rental spaces outside the hot zone?
Yes, our spaces are located outside of the hot zone.
