We know what productions take, so our concierge team is available to provide insight on the best spaces for each shoot type, depending on your EQ and props list, shot list, the brand the shoot is for, etc. We coordinate equipment rental, prop delivery, and lunch and coffee service. Are your spaces outside the hot zone?
Every space in the Cocoon portfolio is located outside of the hot zone. We regularly check to make sure we are up-to-date with any changes. We help you coordinate parking and permits so that your teams can arrive, load, and unload with ease.
What is your starting hourly rate for film location rentals?
Our base hourly rate for film location rentals begins at $150/hr with a 4-hour minimum.
How will SuperConcierge support my filming location rental?
We offer any array of concierge services to help the shoot run smoothly. Our experienced team provides insight on the best spaces to shoot based on your shot list. We can assist in finding satellite locations and assist with furniture rental and staging. We can rent equipment like industrial steamers, rolling racks, and hangers. Our team can also coordinate parking permits and artwork permission.
